This project commenced in the Fall of 2023 with an aggressive timeline to be completed before Memorial Day, 2024. The scope of work on this project included earthwork, installation of a large pool and splashpad, cast-in-place concrete decking around the pool, construction of a pool house with locker rooms, and installation of new sod and plants around the site. With starting a project of this nature in the fall, there had to be special care and consideration given to pool construction throughout the winter. After meticulous planning with the design team, Fannin County, and our subcontractors, we were successfully able to avoid any significant delays that would be caused by unfavorable temperatures or weather. Thanks to Lyman Davidson Dooley, Inc. and Fannin County Parks and Recreation, who were both very communicative, we were able to tackle a complex project in the time frame set forth and provided the citizens of Fannin County a place that they can enjoy throughout the warmer months.
Every construction project requires both construction professionals and a client who understand the nuances of a construction project. Integrated Builds was fortunate to have worked with both Lyman Davidson Dooley, Inc. and Fannin County Parks and Recreation throughout this project. Their attention to detail in regards to the expectations and proper communication of their expectations allowed our project management team to fabricate and execute a plan that gave them everything they desired in this complex project.
Completed in 2019, Integrated Builds contracted with the City of East Ridge to restore several buildings, as well as build new restrooms and concession buildings around Camp Jordan.
Scope of work on this project consisted of demolition and abatement across all three floors of the church and dealing with the challenges of a building that had been built and added on to over the last 90 years.
