This project consisted of an overhaul to the Lake Forest Middle School Gymnasium & Cafeteria. After the recent construction of the new school building, the original gymnasium was left in its original shape and needed to match the architecture style of the new school building. Integrated Builds and its team of subcontractor’s were able to install a new masonry veneer, metal siding, roofing, and glass storefront system to give the gymnasium a much needed face lift. By providing a very competitive bid, Integrated Builds was able to come in under the Owner’s budget and allowed them the opportunity to tackle a face lift on the original cafeteria building as well. Working hand in hand with the principal and superintendent of schools, we were able to come up with a design to bring the cafeteria up to their standards as well, making this campus truly seamless between the new school building, gymnasium, and cafeteria. The students of Lake Forest and residents of Bradley County truly have a one of a kind campus, thanks in part to Associated Architectural Services, Bradley County Schools, and the work of our tremendous subcontractors.
