The Davis Elementary New Classroom Addition for Dade County Schools is an 8,700sf building that was added to an existing corridor of the school. Completed in 2025, this addition included six total classrooms with a total capacity of 235 for students and teachers, two multi-stall restrooms, storage, and a janitor closet with metal shelving, a mechanical and electrical room, and a riser room for the fire suppression system. Some of the exterior improvements consisted of a covered breezeway to the gym, student pick-up line, and the bus lane, along with asphalt resurfacing and a gravel parking lot for teachers and staff. Like all educational projects that we take on, we take pride in a job well done for generations to come.
