Completed in 2019, Integrated Builds contracted with the City of East Ridge to restore several buildings, as well as build new restrooms and concession buildings around Camp Jordan. The goal of the project was to make Camp Jordan more aesthetically pleasing, while also providing a more functional use of the Camp Jordan property. The project consisted of building two new restroom structures, one new concession stand structure, adding on to an existing restroom building, renovating two existing buildings, and providing a refresh to the arena concession stand. By providing a fresh color scheme to all of the buildings, creating more convenient facilities for patrons, and adding on to existing buildings it brought a sense of modernness to Camp Jordan and makes it one of the premier places to host numerous outdoor sporting events such soccer, baseball, softball, and also other various indoor sports in the arena.

Though this project’s bids came in over budget, Artech Design Group, the City of East Ridge, and Integrated Builds were able to team up to ensure that this project met the desired result. The team was able to devise a quality plan that focused on value engineering out products that were not required for the project, but also still meet the desired result to create both aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces. We are proud of the efforts from our construction team to deliver a high-quality product that the City of East Ridge will be able to utilize for several years.
